What we sell

A sheet of kiss-cut stickers, A5, made from your photos, at $18.99 plus $4.99 shipping. An illustrated memory book, 8 inches square, 18 to 30 pages, at $79.00 plus $7.99 shipping, with extra copies of the same book at $49.00 each. The price and the shipping are shown again before you pay, and that screen is the one that counts.

Nothing prints until you say yes

You see the whole thing at print size before anything is made. If a sticker or a page is not right, tell us in a sentence and we do that one again. Changes before you approve are free, and there is no limit on asking. Only when you press Looks right does it go to checkout, and only then to the printer.

Paying

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider on their own page, in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is added there. The order goes to the printer straight after.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Stickers usually arrive in about a week. The book takes longer because it is bound and posted by the printer. We email you when it ships, with a tracking number where the printer gives us one. Delivery dates are the printer's best guess, not a promise.

Changing your mind, and refunds

Before you approve, you can walk away and nothing is charged. After you approve and pay, the order reaches the printer within minutes, so we usually cannot stop it. If what arrives is damaged, misprinted, or not what you approved, send us a photo of it and we will make it again or refund the whole order, your choice. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and can take a few days to show on your statement. Because every keepsake is made for one person, we do not take returns for a change of heart.

Your photos stay yours

You keep every right you had in the photos you upload. You give us permission to use them to make the keepsake you ordered and for nothing else. We will never use your photos or your keepsake to advertise Memory Made without asking you first, in writing, for that particular picture.

What you tell us in return

That the photos are yours to use, and that you are the parent or guardian of any child in them, or that the grown-up in them knows and is happy. That is the line you tick when you say who is who, and we keep it. An order without it does not start.

When we say no

We will not print something meant to harass, harm or impersonate a person, and we will not print a picture that belongs to somebody else. If we turn an order down, nothing is charged, and if it was already paid we refund it in full.

Where our responsibility ends

We are responsible for making the keepsake you approved and getting it to you. If we get that wrong, what we owe you is what you paid for that order. Nothing here takes away a right you have by law.
